AFL Round 21 saw Adelaide edge Hawthorn at home averaging almost 700k, the third highest Friday of the year.
Better Homes And Gardens lost its number on spot slipping to 428k, a three month low for the show while Seven’s movie The Help had 152k to make the top 30.

Friday Night NRL Footy on Nine saw a blow out win for the Broncos over the Rabbitohs for a 548k rating, down 30k from the previous week. The World Aquatics Championships Finals also made the rankings with 217k while the Bond movie marathon continued to deliver on 9Go!.

ABC’s Gardening Australia was prime time top entertainment program lifting slightly to almost 500k. Following, with one episode to go, Patience had 373k, down 25k.

Over on 10, a repeat episode of Love It Or List It Australia made the top 30 with 231k, a better result than House Hunters had delivered on Fridays all year though it was the network’s only top 30 prime time entry.

The 6pm news contest continued to be close with Seven News taking a 30k lead last night for the first time since Monday. The result saw Nine News grab a rare though narrow win nationally for the week. 10 News+ had a 25-54 demo rating of 48k that compared to the previous week that had 47k.

Earlier game show repeats saw Tipping Point lead The Chase by 150k while Deal Or No Deal at 7pm missed the top 30.

The breakfast TV contest was steady while Today Extra’s last Disneyland episode climbed into the top 30 rankings.
