The AFL announced the fixture for the 2026 AAMI Community Series this morning. The matches will take place from February 25 to March 1, including three matches in three days in Ballarat. I wonder if this means Shaun Burgoyne is gone or pushed to the boundary full time. Ideally they’d also find a local play by play, then they’d have a full local team in Adelaide like they do in Perth. ---

Fox Footy showing classic Origin matches. Three 80s era matches back-to-back. Didn’t think they’d shown vintage SoO before, and the first match might be a newer edit, but the other two were shown back in the mid 2010s. ---

The Super Saturday used on the left side of the scorebug but the mic were just saying Fox Footy. The goal animation says AFL ORIGIN. ---
