Are they showing matches on Kayo only? Like previous years.

All Shield and One-Day Cup matches will be streaming on Kayo and the Cricket Australia website. It’s just those select matches noted above that will be broadcast on the Fox Cricket linear channel as well as streaming.

Coverage will be distributed across Fox Sports and Kayo in Australia, Fancode in India, and globally through CA Live and cricket.com.au.

A key development this season is Gravity Media’s proprietary CelBo remote broadcast production solution. Designed in Australia, CelBo uses cellular and cloud-based technologies to deliver live camera and audio feeds back to Gravity Media’s production centres in Sydney and Melbourne. The system allows for full production workflows including graphics and replays without the need for large on-site crews.

Gravity Media will also deploy its high-definition outside broadcast trucks and remote production technologies throughout the season. Boost Graphics, the company’s international graphics subsidiary, will supply an updated on-screen graphics suite for Cricket Australia matches, enhancing coverage for domestic and international audiences.

If they’re doing the Shield currently then they’re still crap graphics. Why can’t anyone just do normal cricket graphics?

There’s two distinct packages like last year

Bottom one to me looks great (though I’d rather the batters section be in team colour) but not sure how the top style still sticks around.

Exactly. Why can’t they go back to that Sky UK style one they were using that showcased all the info you needed?

Even these were better:

Finally some new Fox cricket graphics

I actually like the current set - simple and clean. They’re not perfect, but out of the Fox Black set I think they suit cricket the most (with the ability to highlight with flourishes of colour for boundaries, wickets and on strike batsmen.

Will be interesting to see if they tend more towards the AFL graphics with the ‘refreshed’ graphics.

Brands pile on for Foxtel Media’s record-breaking Summer of Cricket audiences

New Fox Drone augmented reality technology set to enhance match coverage and promote grandeur of cricket events

Foxtel Media is gearing up for its biggest Summer of Cricket as more brands than ever take to the field.

Stepping up to the crease again with sponsorships across all formats are Toyota, McDonalds, Harvey Norman, Chemist Warehouse and Bunnings. Also returning are Ashley & Martin, Daikin to sponsor test matches, HostPlus for The Ashes, and Youi and CBUS for the Big Bash League (BBL).

Padding up for the first time for all the formats are BetR, Canadian Club and Westpac. Aussie Broadband and IG Markets are new sponsors for The Ashes test matches.

Running alongside this in October and November, the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) returns, attracting strong brand interest once again. Toyota, McDonald’s, Harvey Norman and Chemist Warehouse are back on board for the season, joined by new partners Westpac and CBUS.

The 2025-26 season features even more engaging and advanced coverage, with new Fox Drone augmented reality (AR) technology. This next generation extended reality (xR) and AR solution will transform live broadcast and event visuals by providing advertisers with new opportunities to align their brand with coverage from an aerial view. It offers integrated marketing revenue opportunities for existing and new advertisers, linked with graphics.

This addition, combined with Foxtel’s world-class talent, in-depth coverage, and ongoing innovation is all designed to bring fans closer to the game and positions Kayo Sports and Foxtel as the unmissable destinations for sport this summer.

Cricket delivers some of Kayo SPORTS and Foxtel’s biggest audiences, with total summer reach of 10.4m across Broadcast, Streaming & Fox Venues. With over 22m followers, brands are also continuing to tap into the power of our social platforms across Summer. Kayo Sports in particular holds huge appeal for the harder-to-reach 18-24 demographic.

Kayo SPORTS and Foxtel have an unmatched range of fixtures, starting with exclusive coverage of the Men’s T20I and ODI series in August against South Africa and India in October and November, through to the Indian Premier League in March 2026. The network will also cover The Men’s Ashes series, the Women’s T20I and Test series against India, with the Women’s and Men’s BBL being exclusive and simulcast.

Nev Hasan, CSO Foxtel Media says cricket represents an exceptional advertising opportunity for clients to reach highly engaged audience.

“Cricket is a national summer obsession. Following last year’s spectacular series against India, we’re forecasting our biggest audiences yet. The Ashes remains sport’s most iconic contest, and after the dramatic 2–2 draw in the last series, we’re expecting viewership to climb by 20%, with a strong halo effect across all cricket coverage.

“FOX Cricket now accounts for 38% of all summer viewing across Kayo SPORTS and Foxtel, making it the perfect stage for brands. We’ve seen unprecedented advertiser demand this season as clients look to align with Australia’s biggest summer drawcard. It’s shaping up to be a scorcher of a season, both for fans and for sponsors.”

Research shows that Foxtel Media delivers a winning formula for brands. With 26% more premium content, 28% higher engagement, and just one-third of the ad load of its nearest competitor, brands achieve unrivalled cut-through across platforms. Insights from CommBank IQ data also revealed that Foxtel audiences spend significantly more over summer,109% more on entertainment, 91% more on travel, 77% more on health and 49% more on retail.

It matches the AFL ones where the scorebug start at the bottom left but doesn’t extend all the way through to the bottom right.

I’m sick of the 1 team White Ball Cricket series being played in Australia why don’t Cricket Australia bring back the Çommonwealh Bank Tri-Series which was extremely popular up until 2007 when CA decided to stop it because of record numbers of low crowds and big Australian winning Margins So instead of the 50 over Format for this series play 20/20.Some overseas Countries have done the 20/20 Tri-Series so why not Australia if Cricket Australia want the White Ball Australian Summer back on Free to Air TV do SOMETHING.This Summer India is the White Ball team and will Rate it’s Pants Off for Fox Sports/Kayo but next Year it might be Bangladesh or New Zealand that don’t bring in the Crowds and unfortunately doñt Rate as well as England and India.
