Whatâs the trend with stations moving to sports-style headset mics over normal mics?
Watched the first few minutes of the video feed there, just old man shouting at cloud clearly Liberal voting duo âon the Facebooksâ and complaining (because they obviously donât know anything about what theyâre complaining about) that u16s canât watch YouTube (not the case) because we live in a ânanny stateâ and we should âresistâ the âtoo onerousâ laws. SeriouslyâŚ

I guess thatâs true. It does sound different (at least to me), especially as most donât position the mic where itâs meant to be (way too close to the lips).
Donât worry, that was a one-off for Will. He wore the headset for big screen (and wine) work later on.
