The Thunder should play all their home games in Canberra- it rarely rains for long here.
In fact, Canberra would be an excellent choice for a day/night test match as it gets too hot during an average summer’s day to be comfortable for players and spectators. There is usually relief from the heat during the evening.
Like hell. Cricket NSW is doubling down on the “Sydney” aspect of the name. In fact, the more western parts of Sydney.
I’d give Canberra a new billion dollar circular stadium but in exchange they must take the Giants out of western Sydney. Put garbage where it belongs. 
Then you can elevate the Comets into the BBL.

SCG pitch was rated satisfactory, the other four pitches were rated very good.
