Ticket holders should not have to apply for a refund, I think, Tennis Australia should automatically refund the tickets asap, and without the up to 14 days rubbish. They take your money as soon as you buy the ticket so they should be able to give it back within seconds. ---

Were other professional sports, AFL, NRL.etc prevented from holding matches (sans crowds) or was it the border restrictions and ability to control player movements in the bubbles which resulted in the hubs? ---

After the lockdown was announced, Tennis Australia said that if Kyrgios’ match against Thiem went the distance, the crowd would be cleared at 11.30pm Melbourne time to comply with the 11.59pm lockdown start. The match did go to the fifth set, but Thiem won it at around 10.50pm, so it didn’t matter. ---
