I tend to agree - which begs the question, what do 10 do to rattle the audience at 6pm?

It will get greater exposure once Masterchef, Have You Been Paying Attention etc start. I think they should be airing some of the already filmed 1 hour episodes one night a week (maybe Thursdays now Gogglebox is gone?) to further promote it as well.

Since when the show’s name becomes Grant’s Celebrity Name Game? I saw it as a watermark during MasterChef last night (it’s in the Watermarks thread).
It hasn’t, I think they’re just using that for the promotion to associate Grant with the show.
But they want people to watch, don’t they?

I saw a giant digital billboard in Brisbane this morning promoting this show, interestingly the domain featured on the ad was 10play.com.au however the MasterChef one that followed had tenplay.com.au.
Both direct to the same site obviously and it’s likely that they’re migrating across to the numerical version of the domain in line with their (not so) new branding, but great consistency there 10 
About time they start promoting this. They have a lot to promote in the coming weeks.

I haven’t found anything funny in any of the promos shown and I assume they are the highlights. If they’ve faked audience reactions like they did with Game of Games then it’ll be a write off.
I suppose if they want a point of difference from the News, they need to go as far in the other direction as possible. Sure doesn’t ask much of the audience though.

Wasn’t that the problem with Family Feud- not enough viewers loved it?
Then there’s the problem of the talent they have lined up to appear. No doubt the majority of the celebrities will be Ten talent nobody watches in the shows they currently appear in. Still, it could be fun to watch these “stars” make fools of themselves. The comedy stylings of Craig Ferguson carried the American show. Denyer is no Ferguson.

You are talking like it’s meant to be a comedy or something. Have you watched the US version? It’s a game show afterall. Sometimes it is funny when people can’t guess an answer or how people try and describe things but that’s not what it’s about. It’s a competition with 2 teams competing against each other, they just get a celebrity put on their team.
I hold game shows just above reality shows so that’s very low. And US versions of anything, well below those so there’s very little chance of that.
