This year’s Carols in the Domain will take place on December 20.
Tickets to the 2025 event are now available on Ticketbooth website.
At a quick glance I thought it said they’d be held on 30th December, and I thought ‘what good is that, having it after Christmas!’.
I guess I should have gone to Specsavers.

Seems like for the second year in a row, the Carols will be shown on TV on the same night of the event.
According to Big Bash League fixture released this morning, the night match on December 20 will be live and exclusive on Foxtel, while Seven will show a match live every night from December 21 to 23.

For 20 wonderful years, Woolworths has proudly supported Carols as the naming partner (thank you, Woolies!
). The Salvos have been part of
the Carols family since the very beginnings as the charity partner, so this feels like a perfect fit.

I would not think so. Maybe they are just copying Melbourne where it’s named Vision Australia’s carols by candle light. They did say Woolworths would still be a partner.
Who know but personally I prefer Woolworths Carols in the Domain instead of The Salvation Army Carols in the Domain cause it’s sweet and quicker

Yes but the last couple of years it hasn’t been the big 2023-2024 so hopefully only MICKEY ANE Minnie performs once but they perform Christmas songs not Disney songs
Hope you’re right cause that’s what has been the big turn off for me. Also why in recent yearms i have firmly believed that Candlelight has been the superior show. I also say this as somebody who has attended both shows once each. All be it it’s been 10 years
Carols by Candlelight has also done similar cross promotions in the last few years with musicals, stage shows etc.
