It was very close game, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the ratings are pretty high.

The presentation was coded as 5-6pm but the actual game didn’t finish until 5:25pm so it might get recoded

Yellow Sock’s gone the lower end, I think you might want to reconsider all of these, you could be right, but given today Seven and the AFL would probably be disappointed with these figures

My predictions were made this morning.

But considering it was a close match, my predictions have changed. lol. Also, the game finished at 5.25pm (instead of 5pm), so my predictions for the Presentations and Post Match aren’t right. lol.

NRL GF:

I think daylight savings, including the brightness, time zone in Qld and especially Wa plus the buzz for this GF mainly outside Qld and competition from MKR in AFL markets especially Wa may have had a cumulative impact on this year’s NRL GF, however also taking the contested match into consideration, here’s what I’ve come up with for my ratings predictions:

1.985m metro
(850k Syd, 200k Melb, 775k Bris, 70k Adel, 90k Per) + 923k regional + 575k 9Now = 3.483m total (and a bit more for VOZ).
