Cameron Smith was not on the panel tonight. He made a video message at the beginning of the show - saying that he resides in south-east Queensland and is looking after his property, which had some damage from the bad weather. He will join the show next week.
Cameron Smith is joining the show remotely (presumably from his residence on the Gold Coast). A screen has been set up on the table to give the impression he is sitting on it.

WATCH TONIGHT - MONDAY, APRIL 28 FROM 8.45PM
CHANNEL 9, STREAM ON 9NOW
The Sydney Morning Herald journalist Michael Chammas was stood down from last Monday’s episode due to pressure from Eels star Mitchell Moses and his agent Isaac Moses.
According to The Sunday Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield, senior journalists and editors at SMH are furious at the manner Chammas was treated by their Nine Entertainment stablemate. Rothfield revealed that he was told that the man who rolled over to Isaac Moses was WWOS executive Simon Fordham (cousin of Ben Fordham).
What’s the Buzz: How NRL player agent Isaac Moses holds pulling power at Channel 9
We can now reveal why (Isaac) Moses, who was banned for his dealings in the Melbourne Storm and Parramatta Eels salary cap scandals, holds so much power and influence at Channel 9.
Two of his biggest clients just happen to be Storm legend Cameron Smith and Today Show star and footy host Danika Mason – both key members of Nine’s NRL team.
So, inexplicably, the network made the decision to keep Moses onside at the expense of their own journalist.
It is a particularly awkward situation for Mason, because she, like everyone else in rugby league, rates (Michael) Chammas so highly.
Gus and Chammas getting stuck into each other over the Lachlan Galvin situation on 100% Footy tonight
I’ve seen two separate promotions today, with one saying 8.45pm and the other 9pm. The actual start time is 8.50pm. Does nobody at Nine check these things?
Just a note that 100% Footy will be airing at a later time of 10.35pm tonight. After the swimming.
